2012 Merlot, Columbia Valley 2012

91 points: Rich, ripe and expressive, not heavy but bursting with complex coffee and sassafras overtones to the dark berry and plum fruit. Has depth and lingers easily.
Best from 2016 through 2022. 600 cases made.

2010 Tapteil Vineyard Reserve, Red Mountain

91 points: Crunchy tannins surround a generous core of black cherry, orange peel and green olive flavors that come together smoothly on the expressive finish. Needs time for the tannins to resolve. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
Best from 2016 through 2020. 84 cases made.

2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley

90 points: Gravelly tannins underlie a plump core of black currant and black plum fruit, with smoky, meaty overtones adding depth to the finish. Finds a deft balance as the aftertaste lingers.
