2005 Merlot

Winemaker Ron Coleman selected fruit from seven vineyards to compose a wine of exceptional beauty. Simultaneously well built and willowy, its flavors lead with succulent red plum, mocha and spice. Its amazing texture engages the palate while dancing above it. Savor this with something simple, like slow-roasted pork.

2005 Merlot

The medium weight 2005 Merlot offers an attractive, spicy nose with cassis and black cherry in the forefront. This is a forward, pretty effort with excellent flavors and balance.

2004 Syrah: Wine & Spirits, February 2008

Wine & Spirits February 2008

This wine is really all about chocolate, especially when first opened. A ripe black raspberry-jam scent emerges from underneath, with candied plum flavors giving buyancy to that cocoa'd base. With time this wine becomes more ample and fresh, both juicy and mouthfilling. A syrah for barbecued ribs.
