2005 Cabernet Sauvignon: Wine & Spirits
2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
Tamarack draws upon classic washington vineyard, including DuBrul, Taptiel and Sagemoor, in this blend of cabernet (80 percent) softened with merlot, franc and syrah. As inky as black coffee when first poured, it has the richness of chocolate cake with a vivid red berry core that gives the wine its energy. For short ribs braised in red wine.

2004 Cabernet Sauvignon
This square-shouldered cabernet is a blend from six vineyards, including cool sites such as Sagemoor and DuBrul. There's a fine aroma of mocha, plum and black cherry. Its generous flavors are juicy and pure.
2004 Cabernet Savignon: Wine Advocate
2004 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby colored with a nose of toasty oak, red currants, and black cherry. This is followed by a spicy, elegant, medium bodied wine with light tannins, and very good balance.
