Owner Ron Coleman's signature blend includes Cabernet  Sauvignoin, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, Carmanére and Malbec. It's greatness regardless of vintage reveals the genius of blending to provide complexity and approachability.

This offers aromas of smoky bacon, chocolate covered cherries and mild oak, followed by dark toned flavors of black cherries and esspresso. Firm acidity and tannins wrapped in dark chocolate provide all the necessary balance. It's a beautiful blend that is stunning enough for Sunday prime rib but humble enough for Tuesday night delivery.
